In this one-hour webinar, we will investigate a few of the latest diets that may be sticking around for a while including the Ketogenic Diet, Intermittent Fasting, intuitive eating, plant-based diets, food sensitivity testing or glucose monitoring Participants will learn the science behind these trends and what the research indicates for use regarding weight loss or health improvements.

• Understand the science and research behind these diets, what is recommended or discouraged, and which patient population may benefit from this.
• Be able to discuss these diets with patients, including patients who are seeking or have already had bariatric surgery.
• Help patients implement these diets using simple strategies and meal plans.
