In addition, toxicity management, particularly with the oral agents can pose a unique challenge to pharmacists, nurses, and physicians as well as patients and caregivers. The involvement of a multidisciplinary health care team is vital to ensure adequate safety monitoring and management of treatment-related adverse events.
