This program willtake a deep dive into protein powders including various types, attributes and uses, possible and proven benefits and concerns about contamination. It willprovide you with a solid foundation on protein powders and their usage.

Upon successful completion of this one-hour course, the participant should be able to:
• Explain the difference between gelatin and hydrolyzed collagen.
• List at least 6 different types of protein powder.
• State the World Health Organization’s Acceptable Daily Intake of glyphosate.
• Describe the nutritional difference between casein and whey protein.
