Course Description: 
This interprofessional panel was organized to help inform practitioners on communication strategies for approaching patients displaying difficult behaviors. Though case studies, faculty will review how to identify challenges or barriers patients are facing to better propose options for managing care.

Learning Objectives:
• Define and discuss depression in CKD patients
• Review the triggers, treatments and interventions used with patients with bipolar depression
• Discuss dealing with difficult behaviors
