Course Description: 
This session will focus on the listing process and pre-transplant requirements from an interprofessional team perspective. Topics will enhance dialysis provider knowledge about transplant and education delivery and create thought provoking discussion.

Learning Objectives:
• Define organ allocation.
• Discuss ways to strengthen relationships between transplant and dialysis centers to facilitate transplantation.
• Describe psychosocial factors that impact kidney transplantation.
