We'll also review the 4 main Principles and 32 Standards, commonly used terms, and how those relate to ANDs values. Additionally, we'll review how to apply the Code of Ethics in the workplace and the process and procedure for how to handle ethical complaints. The best part will be that we'll take a look at a few scenarios along the way. You'll get an idea of how to ethically interact with clients!
