The purpose of this program is to increase awareness while providing education, support, and resources in caring for behavioral health patient.
Program Objectives:
• Discuss diagnostic criteria specific to depression and anxiety diagnoses (clinical/sub-clinical levels)
• Provide attendees with current research on evidence-based interventions for depression and anxiety.
• Discuss self-awareness and transference
• Describe precipitating factors/triggers
• Discuss the definition of precipitating factors and begin to name and understand your own precipitating factors
• Increase self-awareness of our behaviors that arise when we are being influenced by precipitating factors
