Eileen is the Director of Education for the National Personal Training Institute. She has been an educator for NPTI for the past 9 Years. Her broad scoped career in Health Club Management along with Fitness and Wellness has provided Eileen with the experience necessary to enhance the education of her students.

Eileen is a Master Instructor NASM CEU provider and is the CEO, Curriculum Developer, and Presenter for the National Continuing Education Institute.

Ms. Yard is a Professional Development Conference Presenter for the ACCSC (Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges). She has been presenting business and professional development seminars at a corporate level throughout her career. Her dynamic presentations are motivational and propose applications that can be used to improve business by identifying the customer's needs and providing staff training and development to exceed expectations.
