As the third course in the What the Cup series, What the Cup 3 builds upon foundational techniques and principles taught in What the Cup 1 and combines them with intermediate and advanced level techniques for the treatment of specific orthopedic conditions of the upper extremity such as trapezius strain, rotator cuff injuries and bicep tendoniti
Tissue Issues:
When an injury occurs, the body initiates a cascade of healing processes in attempts to fix the injured area. The aftermath of this injury/healing cycle often leaves swelling, torn, stretched or damaged tissues, adhesions, pain, limited motion and a host of other complications. Reducing ‘tissue issues’ is the main goal to eliminating pain and impairments. Cupping therapy effectively and efficiently reduces these issues and restores proper function to the movement system.
