Description:
As dental education continues to adapt to the pressures of the COVID-19 pandemic, please join us in the third installment of our ADEA CCI Just in Time webinar series. In this session we will examine another approach to Virtual Clinic Curriculum and Competency Assessments as they were handled by the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine (Penn Dental Medicine).
Learning Objectives:
• Describe the approach taken by Penn Dental Medicine to rapidly adjust their live, patient-based clinical curriculum into a virtual environment
• Identify methods for assessing competencies virtually
• Evaluate common barriers and solutions to virtual clinical curriculum and competency assessments including scheduling, faculty preparation, and technology support
Additional details will be posted as soon as information is available.
