Live panel discussion featuring pancreatic cancer experts from medical oncology, surgery, radiation oncology, nurse navigation and translational research from Penn Medicine. Moderated by Ursina Teitelbaum, MD, the team will provide updates in the coordinated care approach to this complex disease, including clinical trial navigation, surgical updates to minimally invasive and locally advanced procedures, perioperative therapy for pancreatic cancer and more.
Objectives:
After completing this activity, participants should be able to:
• Review updates in medical, surgical, and radiation oncology for pancreatic cancer
• Describe novel treatments for metastatic disease
• Assess current clinical trials and the future direction of medical, surgical and radiation oncology
