Is restoration of an endodontically treated tooth a dilemma, challenge or a pain? With a plethora of post systems available, it is often difficult for a dentist to decide which one to use. This is made more difficult by the fact that new posts are introduced without the existing one’s being thoroughly evaluated. In this CE webinar, I will outline the different post systems and go over its main advantages and disadvantages. The choice of post for many dentists is driven by personal preference and a history of clinical success, there are certain pit falls to avoid and these will be outlined.
