Three Important Rehabilitation Diagnoses: Encephalopathy, Critical Illness Neuropathy and Myopathy is organized by Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis (WUSTL).,,Starts On: 1/14/2022,Ends On: 1/15/2024,,Objectives:,The intended result of this activity is increased knowledge/competence, and upon completion of this course, participants should be able to:,• Review the clinical approach to the patient with weakness and identify the different locations in the nervous system that cause weakness.,• Describe the basic neurologic examination for rehabilitation physicians.,• Explain how to make the diagnosis of "Encephalopathy" and examine the medical literature on its incidence in critically ill and ICU patients.,• Define Critical Illness Myopathy and Polyneuropathy, review the pertinent medical literature and list the necessary steps in appropriate documentation.
