This program will explore crimes of power and control. We will discuss how the pandemic has influenced domestic violence, sexual assault and human trafficking.

Program Objectives:
• Define crimes of power and control (human trafficking, domestic violence, sexual assault)
• Discuss healthcare mandatory reporting laws and how they apply
• Identify at risk populations
• Explore how social media has played a role in human trafficking
• Examine how the pandemic has played a role in crimes of power and control and how we can respond
