Thus, this course will traverse topics including the psychology of strategic thinking, executive functioning and brain development, innate temperament, and the function of the ego in thinking effectively. The approach is holistic in nature and will be immediately impactful in approaching both everyday leadership responsibilities and long-term organizational strategies.
