Virtual care was rapidly deployed due to COVID-19 — This series will provide tips and tricks for providing a great virtual experience (The Sharp Experience) for all of our patients. It is also aimed at providing education regarding provider wellness so that providers take care of themselves first to be the best providers for their patients.
Objectives
Following this activity, participants should be able to:
• Prepare appropriately for virtual visits.
• Provide a positive virtual presence for patients.
• Build rapport and set patient agendas at the beginning of the virtual session.
• Ensure that the right information is gathered and prepared before the visit.
• Ensure the care plan is documented and shared with the patient.
