Running injuries are common among athletes of all levels. Runners can injure their hips, knees, lower leg, ankles & feet. This two-hour class details the mechanism of injury, contributing factors, symptoms, prevention, and rehabilitation of nine common running injuries. The class describes in-office chiropractic treatment and contains detailed patient education in the prevention and rehabilitation of running injuries.
