Kelly is a 20-year-old patient of the record you have been seeing since childhood. She went away to college and when she came back for her overdue recare appointment, a lot had changed. Though she had no history of caries infections, she tells you she noticed white spots and has a sensitivity to cold. Kelly's risk has changed dramatically.
