Pancreatic cancer remains difficult to diagnose and treat, because no clear early warning signs and symptoms exist. Furthermore, many symptoms reported are vague and can be attributed to other, benign causes. Healthcare professionals across disciplines need to know about pancreatic cancer, because patients may present with it in a variety of settings.
