Mark shares a Six Step process providing scripts, letters and trackers that will help you towards greater independence from insurance. You will use simple spreadsheets to analyze your situation and manage the risk as you re-evolve. Predictable and focused growth matrices can provide replacement patients and income that will allow broader choices regarding participation. Build appropriate value propositions and share them with patients so they understand what insurance is and isn't.
