Description:
In this 101-style course, Dr. Joshua Goldenberg will review all the essential clinical aspects of intestinal hyperpermeability, aka “leaky gut”. He will explain what intestinal hyperpermeability is on a histological and molecular biological level and review conditions that research has identified as being associated with this condition. He overviews diagnostic tests and emphasizes the most commonly studied diagnostic test for this disorder, the lactulose mannitol urine test. A wide range of naturopathic therapeutic interventions to address this condition is discussed
