Immunization Update 2020 is organized by American Pharmacists Association (APhA).,,Initial release date: November 1, 2020,Expiration date: November 1, 2023,,Activity Preview:,The Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) meets three times each year where immunization recommendations are reviewed, voted upon, and approved. Updates to immunization recommendations and recent declines in immunization rates both serve as reminders of the importance of staying up to date with immunization practices. Pharmacists have a responsibility to follow immunization guidelines and incorporate best practices into their practice when administering vaccines.
