Description:
Regardless of how skilled you are in endodontic treatment, sooner or later, you’ll have to face iatrogenic damage. It could be your mistake or it could be a mistake by a previous doctor, but in either case, you'll have to find a way to fix the problem. Typical iatrogenic damages are perforations. These are communications between the root canal system and the attachment apparatus that may compromise the prognosis of the tooth. A perforation may occur at various stages of treatment, including access cavity preparation, calcified and curved canal negotiation and during post space preparation.
Upon completion of this CE webinar, the attendee will be able to understand how to repair different kinds of perforations, becoming more familiar with tips and tricks in order to make this easier and repeatable. Only predictable techniques will be presented and explained and a selection of the most modern materials will be suggested.
Additional details will be posted as soon as information is available.
