All students will gain online access to our 23 lecture modules, encompassing all the lectures and instructional videos for our Hospitalist and Emergency Procedures program. These modules need to be entirely covered before your live simulation-based procedures training. As a result, you’ll have the flexibility to finish all the course didactics from any location and at any time. Furthermore, you’ll have the freedom to revisit all the lectures and comprehensive procedural videos as frequently as you desire for an entire year!
Upon successful completion of the didactic modules, you will join us for an immersive, full-day procedural training experience spanning 10 hours, centered around a wide array of hospital procedures grounded in realistic simulation-based procedures training. This intensive training day exclusively focuses on 100% hands-on procedural training and takes place under the guidance of six procedural expert instructors, ensuring an exceptional student-to-faculty ratio of 6:1.

- Central line insertion using both landmark guidance and ultrasound guidance
- Ultrasound-guided peripheral IV placement
- Intraosseous line establishment
- Ultrasound-guided arterial line insertion
- Vascular and chest ultrasound

- Limited Echocardiography
- E-FAST and RUSH examinations
- Ultrasound-guided thoracentesis
- Ultrasound-guided paracentesis
- Lumbar puncture
- Needle decompression
- Chest tube insertion
- Pigtail catheter placement
- Fundamental suturing
- Endotracheal intubation
- King tube airway placement
- Laryngeal mask airway placement
- iGel placement
- Stylet-guided intubations
- Glidescope-assisted (video laryngoscopy) intubation
- Difficult airway management
Bedside ultrasound training will be conducted on paid ultrasound models.
