Overview:
A High-Velocity dentist is one who strives to be faster and more efficient, but also to do so in a way that adds no stress or chaos to the workday without reducing quality. Every aspect of Workflow Choreography is discussed from attracting new patients, answering the phone, treatment presentation, how to efficiently do a root canal, build-up, and crown, and having the patient leave happy. This gives the patient the optimal experience while yielding amazing benefits by creating a dental practice that is able to almost effortlessly increase their daily production by performing procedures more efficiently without decreasing quality or increasing stress.
This course will review all the possible ways that current practice systems can be improved or modified to give the patient a first-class experience and yield a decreased workload for the entire dental team. Discussed are the challenges (both practice management and clinical) that are most commonly seen as dentists try to improve practice workflow choreography and the best ways to form a plan to take action and improve practice life for all parties; the staff, the patients, and the doctor.
