Fundamentals of ECG & Basic Dysrhythmias: Part 4 Comprehension and Clinical Application is organized by echelon.,Expires: 1/1/2024,Description:,This course was designed specifically to provide the participant with feedback or learning outcome evaluation of their level of knowledge, comprehension, and application of ECG and dysrhythmias.,This assessment measures the following fundamentals:,• Basic cardiac anatomy, physiology, and electrophysiology including heart structure and function, leads and waveforms, and ECG strip analysis;,• ECG rhythms: sinus, junctional, ventricular, and heart block rhythms in terms of their identification criteria, causes, and appropriate treatment protocol;,• Treatment and pharmacologics: use, dosage, guidelines, and clinical impact of the drugs discussed.,Outcomes:,Upon successful completion of the Pre-Test Assessment and the 3 Part Fundamentals ECG courses, the participate will measure against the Assessment Pre-Test to reflect:,• Increased level of knowledge, comprehension, and application of ECG and dysrhythmias.,• Knowledge comprehension of course content completed.,• Increased skill level of application from course content completed.,• Knowledge gained in Sections I-III to apply principles in identifying treatment to be used in management of ECG abnormalities.,• Identification of 10 different types of ECG rhythm strips.,Additional details will be posted as soon as information is available.
