In addition, this course will provide the fundamental skills to identify ECG strip representations of pacemaker malfunctions and pharmacologics in terms of antiarrhythmic drug classifications, use, dosage, guideline, and clinical impact.,Outcomes:,Upon successful completion of this course, the participant will be able to:,• Describe types of pacemakers and their functions.,• Identify possible pacemaker malfunctions, their causes and appropriate actions.,• Recognize ECG strip representations of pacemaker malfunctions.,• Identify common pharmacologics (and their class, if appropriate) used to manage dysrhythmias.,• Describe the appropriate use, treatment, guidelines and clinical impact for each drug.,Additional details will be posted as soon as information is available.
