Full-Arch Implant Placement: The Surgical and Restorative Connection is organized by Spear Education and will be held from Sep 27 - 28, 2024 at Spear Education, Scottsdale, Arizona, United States of America.
Workshop Overview:
2-Day Lecture/Hands-On:
Now that attendees have learned how to treatment plan large edentulous cases, this next workshop in the series is designed to teach attendees how to place and restore full arch fixed implant cases. Treating the fully edentulous patient with dental implants can be one of the most rewarding endeavors in clinical dentistry. At the same time, it can be one of the most intimidating endeavors from a treatment planning and execution perspective. In this course, we will explore and simplify the principles that will lead to both surgical and prosthetic success including the use of guided surgery and other dental technologies that are readily available. Multiple workflows will be discussed to teach attendees how tackle these cases and give the participants a step-by-step recipe designed to minimize complications and ensure predictable success.
What you will learn at this workshop:
• The what, why, and how of full arch treatment
• Developing systems to implement these treatments into your practice
• Maxillary and esthetic/surgical principles
• Mandibular principles/angled implants
• Surgical guide options vs freehand options
• Full-arch restorative workflows
• Conventional vs digital, restorative temporary and final materials
• How to manage full arch complications
• Full-arch planning on planning software (edentulous and terminal dentition)
• Analog restorative workflow
• Digital restorative workflow
Additional details will be posted as soon as information is available.
