Purpose:
The purpose of UCI’s GWEP is to build a more responsive and agile workforce educated in individual and population-based care and to drive innovation in
care coordination by delivering geriatric healthcare delivery models.
Activity Objective:
At the conclusion of this activity, the participants should be able to:
Identify and respond to the geriatric needs of the culturally diverse communities they serve, particularly those utilizing FQHC and safety net care programs.
