Diagnosis and Evidence-Based Management of T-Cell Lymphoma is organized by i3 Health and will be held from Jun 30, 2022 - Jun 29, 2023.,,Statement of Need:,T-cell lymphoma (TCL) is an uncommon subtype accounting for approximately 15% of all cases of non-Hodgkin lymphoma in the United States (LRF, 2022). Compared with its B-cell counterpart, TCL has a poor prognosis and is associated with a 5-year survival rate of less than 20%. The clinical and pathologic presentations of TCL are varied and often nonspecific, making diagnosis and treatment challenging (Salem et al, 2021). In this webinar, Aaron Goodman, MD, will update clinicians on evidence-based criteria for differential diagnosis, appraise efficacy and safety data to guide therapeutic selection for newly diagnosed and relapsed/refractory disease, and highlight strategies for optimizing treatment tolerability and improving outcomes in patients with TCL.,,Learning Objectives:,Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:,• Assess guideline recommendations for the diagnostic workup of TCL,• Evaluate emerging efficacy and safety data on novel therapies for newly diagnosed and relapsed/refractory TCL,• Apply strategies for optimizing the safety and tolerability of novel and established TCL therapies,,Faculty:,• Aaron Goodman, MD,Hematologist/Oncologist,Associate Professor of Medicine,UC San Diego Health,This expert-led discussion presented by Aaron Goodman, MD, Hematologist/Oncologist and Associate Professor of Medicine at UC San Diego Health provides the latest insights on diagnosing T-cell lymphoma, including subtypes; efficacy and safety data for novel agents; tailoring treatment plans to individual patients; applying strategies to manage symptoms and optimize a patient’s quality of life; and much more!
