Target Audience:
This activity is designed for primary care physicians and all professionals who participate in the care and management of heart rhythm disorders.
Description:
The overall goal of this activity is to provide online tools and virtual practice improvement support to primary care practices in communities of color hard hit by COVID-19, so as to improve protection and health in those communities.
Learning Objectives:
Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to:
• Understand updates on COVID-19 variants.
• Understand current COVID-19 data trends and interactions between diabetes and vaccinations.
• Implement strategies in clinical practice to help prevent and treat COVID-19 in patients with diabetes mellitus.
