This CE webinar will discuss the different direct composite-based techniques with various types of materials currently available. The advancement in composite materials has allowed dentists to have a myriad of ways in which to restore a direct posterior composite restoration. In fact, there is now an additional product category that can allow for more expeditious fillings to be performed using Bulk Fill materials. The ability to restore a tooth using various layers of the same or different materials has evolved over the years with enhanced technologies and material improvements.

Upon completion of this CE webinar, the student will be able to: distinguish between the different types of direct composite materials; understand the different types of direct composite techniques; identify the different ways to restore a direct posterior composite restoration; understand how new technologies and material improvements have contributed to the evolution of the process of restoring a tooth; understand the restoration process using various layers of the same or different materials.
