Where relevant, we will also present surgical options, particularly when referring symptomatic patients for a surgical opinion. At the conclusion of this activity, the learner should be able to:,• Recognize the radiographic differences between osteoarthritis and inflammatory arthritis;,• Understand the clinical presentations of osteoarthritis in the hand and wrist; ,• Know what surgical options are available for symptomatic patients.
