Bonding all of our indirect restorations can pose several clinical dilemmas from anesthetizing the patient at the seat appointment to how we remove the restoration when it is time to be replaced. Our modern cements have evolved along with the indirect restorative materials that we use today, allowing us to take advantage of the benefits of cementation, optimal handling properties and clinical outcomes.
