ASE On-Demand Webinar: Management of Concomitant Mitral and Tricuspid Valve Regurgitation: Procedural and Imaging Considerations is organized by American Society of Echocardiography (ASE).,,Release Date: December 2020,Expiration Date: December 2023,,Description:,With the rise of percutaneous technologies for the treatment of valvular heart disease, there has also been an increasing push to standardize echocardiographic imaging and to also ensure that echocardiographers are educated on these technologies. It is also imperative that interventional echocardiographers learn effective communication with the proceduralists. The purpose of this one-hour webinar would be to illustrate the treatment options available for concomitant mitral and tricuspid valve disease. We will discuss the patient scenario, treatment options, and echocardiographic images at baseline. The speakers are interventional cardiologists and interventional echocardiographers who will discuss percutaneous management of the disease with a focus on pre-procedural TEE imaging and also intra-procedural imaging. The goal of this webinar is to demonstrate a multidisciplinary heart team approach to evaluating and treating complex patients with valvular heart disease with a special focus on imaging.,This activity is designed for all cardiovascular sonographers and physicians with a primary interest and knowledge base in the field of cardiovascular imaging.,,Learning Objectives:,• Discuss treatment options for concomitant MR/TR,• Discuss in detail pre-procedural images required to assess for percutaneous treatment candidacy,• Discuss intra-procedure imaging of mitral and tricuspid valve along with a heavy focus on 3D image guidance of percutaneous procedures,• Discuss post-procedure quantification of valve regurgitation along with post-procedure imaging considerations.,• Illustrate effective intraprocedural communication between the interventional echocardiographer and proceduralist
