The video shows contrast in the descending aorta (arrowhead) that fills the lumen distal to the left subclavian artery. It also demonstrates an echodensity with a round appearance and narrow neck (blue asterisk) corresponding to an aortic pseudoaneurysm; note the absence of contrast surrounding this round image corresponding to a thrombus (white asterisk).
