• Discuss the neurophysiology of current concepts in trigger point theory
• Distinguish between sclerotomes, dermatomes, and myotomes and discuss their importance and trigger point diagnosis
• Discuss objective findings present in trigger point diagnosis
• Explain the importance of segmental relationships and needling
