Program Description:
This program has been designed for the dental team and will focus on digital technologies for the fabrication of CAD/CAM abutments for implant-supported restorations with the BellaTek® Encode® Impression System. The benefits and limitations of this system will be explained in terms of patient comfort and efficiency for patients, staff members, and dental laboratory technicians. This technology is considered to have a “wow” factor for the practices that have adopted it.
Program Objectives:
At the end of the program, the participant should be able to:
- Understand a simplified impression protocol for the fabrication of implant-supported restorations with an intraoral scanner or traditional impression procedures.
- Comprehend several new digital technologies available for fabricating patient-specific implant-supported restorations.
- Understand CAD/CAM abutment design using the BellaTek Encode Impression System.
- Understand how to incorporate new digital workflows into everyday clinical practice.
