This 2-hour webinar was designed to provide mental health professionals, whether therapists or forensic evaluators, an overview of basic skills every witness should know from a judge's perspective. The overall purpose of this webinar is to help you to:
• Be able to prepare for and present a case before the court, demonstrating confidence, competence and ease as a witness under both direct and cross examination
• Be able to demonstrate best practices in both case preparation and testimony

• Describe court room etiquette required and the courtroom procedures.
• Describe the types of evidence to bear the burden of proof and how the types of evidence should be presented.
• How to best prepare case information.
