The 6th Annual Nursing Research and Evidence Based Practice Project is focused on well-being, the development of resiliency and simple interventions to manage stress in the workplace. This conference is a platform for sharing research and evidence based practice for nursing and allied staff working in our acute and post acute clinical environments.
Objectives
• Discuss approaches to help foster recovery and wellbeing in Nurse Leaders and help find joy and meaning in their daily work.
• Discuss a simple evidence-based practice project that contributed to decreased stress in the clinical environment.
• Describe an understanding of the patterns of well being overall and by healthcare worker roles over the past several years- including during the pandemic.
• Define bite-sized resources and interventions that may improve well being.
