Learning Objectives:
After participating in this activity, the learner should be able to:
• Summarize updated evidence-based guidelines for on-field and in-office concussion evaluations including patients who require ED evaluation and/or neuroimaging
• Apply newly acquired skills for outpatient concussion treatment including concussion clinical profiles, targeted active treatments, return to play and return to learn guidelines
• Correctly choose when to refer to a sports medicine concussion specialist for oversight of post-injury care
