Dr. Wellington Davis is board certified in both surgery and plastic surgery. He has been in the practice of craniofacial and pediatric plastic surgery for 10 years. Dr. Davis attended medical school at UMDNJ- Robert Wood Johnson. He completed his general surgery residency at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, N.Y. After general surgery residency, he moved to Chicago for a plastic surgery residency at Loyola Medical Center. His final year of training, a craniofacial fellowship was spent abroad at the Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne, Australia. After the completion of his surgical training, Dr. Davis joined the staff at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children in the Section of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He is the co-director of the cleft and craniofacial team and is an integral part of the burn unit. He has a general pediatric plastic surgery practice with a special interest in cleft, craniofacial surgery, and pediatric burn injuries.

Dr. Davis is an associate professor of surgery and pediatrics at the Drexel University College of Medicine and is actively involved in clinical research primarily involving pediatric burn care. He has a wide experience in the field of pediatric plastic surgery including craniofacial and cleft surgery, pediatric burn surgery, and maxillofacial trauma. His clinical mantra is “nothing is too big, nothing is too small.”
