Roman Stolyarov is a Vice President of Product at Zeta Surgical and Host of The Pacemaker Podcast. Prior to that, they worked at Activ Surgical from 2019 to 2022, first as a Senior Staff Robotics Scientist, Product Innovation, and then as a Staff Robotics Scientist. During their time at Activ Surgical, they developed innovative robotics products and technologies.
Roman Stolyarov began their professional journey as a student at Harmony Science Academy Dallas from 2004 to 2008. Roman Stolyarov attended Southern Methodist University from 2010 to 2014, where they studied Mathematics and Computer Science as well as Biology. Following this, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Medical Engineering and Medical Physics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 2014 to 2019.
