Dr. Nuzhat Faruqui the first female Urologist in Pakistan. She did her MBBS from Baqai Medical University, Karachi in 1995 and FCPS in Urology from Aga Khan University Hospital, Karachi in 2005. She completed her Fellowship in European Boards Urology (FEBU) in 2006. She got an Advanced Diploma in Health Professions Education from Aga Khan University, Karachi in 2014. Currently, she is working as an Assistant Professor in the Urology Department at the same hospital. She formed a non-profit organization “Ulphat” through which she arranges free medical camps all over the country and assists in complex urological surgeries in poor and needy people.
