Miguel Stanley is a private dentist and a strong advocate of ethics and quality dentistry, with a focus on complete biological and functional rehabilitation of the mouth. He is the founder and Clinical Director of White Clinic. Dentist since 1998, the year he graduated from the Higher Institute of Health Sciences (ISCS) – Egas Moniz, in Portugal, followed by a postgraduate degree in implantology in 1999. Later, he studied dental aesthetics in 2001, in Madrid; and in 2005 he took a practical course in functional esthetics and occlusion in Chicago. He was the first Portuguese dentist to become an active member of the Dental XP online education portal, the leader in the United States. He is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine .
The Doctor. Stanley is a board member of the Digital Dentistry Society and is a member of the following organizations: IAOMT, SBOE-Brazil, BACD, AAID, OMD, GDC, among others; he is also an ambassador for: Humble Smile Foundation, Slow Dentistry (where he is also a co-founder), Clean Implant Foundation, The Foundation for Excellence in Dentistry and was recently invited to join the prestigious College of Dentists. Every year, Dr. Stanley completes over 200 hours of continuing education in advanced techniques applied to dentistry. He is licensed to practice dentistry in Dubai, the UK and Portugal, but only does so in Lisbon, Portugal.
