Meera Shah, DO, MBA is osteopathic program director of the family medicine residency program at Abington (Pa.) Family Medicine. She is a graduate of the University of Maryland, Baltimore County where she also obtained a Masters in Chemistry. She received her medical training at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine while working on her MBA in healthcare administration at St. Joseph’s University. She is a product of our proud Family Medicine Residency program and is an Osteopathic Physician who is proficient in Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine.
Dr. Shah brought her enthusiasm and zeal to Abington Family Medicine in 2011 after completing her fellowship in Geriatric Medicine at Abington Memorial Hospital. Currently, she is a part-time faculty with Abington Family Medicine, dedicated to serving our local nursing homes and taking part in mentoring our residents in our Family Medicine.
