Marianne Dryer, RDH, MA Ed. is the Clinical Educator for DENTSPLY Professional covering the Northeast Region of the U.S. Marianne is also a Periodontal Instrumentation instructor for DH Methods of Education, Inc., an educational program for dental and dental hygiene faculty. Marianne also participates regularly in a variety of community service events including mission trips to Romania. She is a graduate of the Forsyth School for Dental Hygienists in Boston, MA, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from Old Dominion University. She completed her Master of Education degree from St. Joseph's College of Maine.
Marianne’s experience in dentistry spans almost 30 years as a clinician and educator. She has developed and presented educational programs to dental hygiene students and professional associations covering topics from periodontal instrumentation, evidence-based decision-making, and caries risk protocols. Her focus is to provide dental professionals with scientific evidence-based research on various topics including current concepts in periodontal therapy, caries risk management, pain control, hypersensitivity, and integrating new technologies into clinical practice.
