Dr. Fausto Labruto is originally from Italy, where he completed his medical studies. He obtained his Ph.D. in traumatology at Karolinska Institute in Stockholm, Sweden, where he later became an Associate Professor of Radiology. He is the author of numerous articles and book chapters within the field of Emergency Radiology and the former Head of ultrasound at a major Swedish hospital. For the last six years, he has headed the Emergency Radiology team at Telemedicine Clinic. His main interests are vascular and abdominal emergencies, as well as whole-body trauma.
