Dr. Doris Jabs has been on staff as a Woman’s Imager at Kingston Health Sciences Centre in Kingston Ontario, for over 20 years. She completed her medical school in Manitoba, her Diagnostic Imaging Residency at Queen’s University, and her Women’s Imaging Fellowship at the University of Toronto. Breast imaging is her passion, and she is delighted to be a part of Breast Imaging Kingston, a stand-alone dedicated state-of-the-art Breast Imaging center that opened in August 2022, in Kingston Ontario.
Doris is the Regional Breast Imaging Lead for the Ontario Breast Screening Program and has been a member of several quality improvement/policy advisory boards. As Queen’s faculty, she is active academically in research, lectures, and conference presentations. Furthermore, resident/student education is important to her as she continuously strives to make a difference in breast health now and in the future.
