Dr. Diana Ponsky is the Founder of Ponsky Facial Plastic Surgery, LLC located in the Beachwood area of Cleveland, Ohio. She is a top-rated Cleveland facial plastic surgeon and has won many awards including Cleveland’s Best Doctors, and the peer-nominated Castle Connolly Top Doctors award. Dr. Ponsky started the practice almost 5 years ago when she realized that her goal to provide each patient with an individualized, concierge experience for their cosmetic surgery journey could be improved upon by going outside a university hospital corporate structure. Therefore, she started her private practice in 2016.

As a top Cleveland facial plastics surgeon, Dr. Diana Chuong Ponsky is double board certified in facial plastic and head and neck surgery, carrying certification from both the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology. She has over 10 years of experience in cosmetic surgery of the face. As one of Cleveland’s premier facial plastic surgeons, Dr. Ponsky has performed over 1500 rhinoplasties emphasizing the importance of form as well as function.

She completed her Doctor of Medicine degree and her residency in head and neck surgery at Georgetown University graduating in 2005 with the honor of the distinguished Roy Sessions Exemplary Chief Resident award. Following residency, Dr. Ponsky completed fellowship training with the world-renowned Dr. Bahman Guyuron in facial aesthetic and reconstructive surgery at Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio, with a focus on rhinoplasty and facial aesthetic surgery including eye-lifts, neck-lifts, & facelifts. After completion of her fellowship, Dr. Ponsky was asked to join Dr. Guyuron’s Department of Plastic Surgery as well as the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at CWRU- University Hospitals in Cleveland, Ohio.
